Two ways to work
We work side by side. We sort and categorise, you make the keep-or-donate calls with our guidance, and we do the heavy lifting. Your things carry memories, so the decisions stay yours.
Short on time? Tell us the brief in your video consultation and we’ll take care of it, checking in with you before anything sentimental goes.
Either way, nothing leaves your home without your OK.
The process
Step 1
15–20 minutes. Show us the space on your phone and tell us what’s not working. We’ll recommend a package and lock in a date.
Step 2
We sort, help you decide what stays, give everything a home, and take the donations away with us. Most spaces take a single session; whole homes are planned over a few days.

Never. We’ll help you decide with honest questions and no pressure, but every keep-or-donate call is yours. Nothing leaves without your OK.
For a done-with-you session, yes. Your decisions are what make it work. For done-for-you, we just need access and a quick phone check-in for anything sentimental.
Unwanted items leave with us (one carload per session is included) and go to local charities and op shops. If things are broken or unusable, we can quote a rubbish or tip run.
No, please don’t! We see the space in your video consultation and only recommend what you need. You can use what you already have, or we’ll buy products for you at cost, with receipts.
Most pantries, wardrobes and bathrooms fit in a 3-hour Refresh. Kitchens, walk-in robes, craft rooms and garages usually need a full day. We’ll tell you in your video consultation.
A 50% deposit secures your date, and the balance is due at the end of your session. Products are charged at cost. Need to reschedule? That’s free with 48 hours’ notice.
Please don’t be. Clutter builds up in every busy home and we’ve seen it all. We’re here to help, and we’re completely discreet.
Of course. We hold a current Working with Children Check, and kids are welcome to help out. It’s a great way for them to learn where everything lives.
Yes. We’ve organised workplaces as well as homes, including offices, stockrooms and shared spaces. Mention it in your enquiry and we’ll talk it through in your consultation.
